SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: February 22, 2026
- Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via Russian Post. The estimated delivery time is 4–6 weeks after dispatch. Actual delivery time depends on the destination country, postal service operations, and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on shipment weight, packaging, and destination country.
- International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed in the destination country. We are not responsible for customs delays.
- Lost or Damaged Packages
If an order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@sambogear.com within 7 days of receiving the delivery notice or discovering the issue. We will initiate a carrier investigation.
- Incorrect Address

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Protective equipment and intimate-use items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
